Overnight Success

My overnight success:

• Overcame clinical depression after passing of a loved family member

• Witnessed 19 failures back to back with massive self respect demolished

• Applied and met 6,600 potential jobs boards and prospects.

• Cold Called 9,000 businesses

• Walked through 3,500 odd apartments, units, townhouses, various land banking process, permits, existing and new homes across 4 states over 15 years! This was Non stop driven by passion even when I did not have the funds and was mocked by most people.

• Turned down 19 times , was at disastrous point professionally, where I left the Vic state 2015 and went to Perth to seek a livelihood leaving my wife and 6 year old daughter behind.

• Sent out over 4,000 emails to attract attention from job creators to investors

. Lost my mother my pillar of strength 2016

. witnessed COVID lockdown and started 2 new start businesses during COVID despite the complete shutdown

. Had another recent setback and was forced to Work in a call centre for a sum of $1,500 a fortnight - grit and grinded hard, down and out mentally yet did not lose hope.

Current state - $7 million Portfolio built in 20 years. People will think 20 years is a long time, for me I look at it as $350K per year wealth creation that is approx. $30K per month consistently despite the odds and challenges.

So from the journey from $3K AUD and $10 US dollars to $7 million/30K per month average over 20 years has been a massive learning curve.

This is where mental resilience, dedication comes in.

Please do not sacrifice at any cost your health as that is not worth it. Do it with good health which is the key!

People are going to think it happen overnight, it won't.

Keep enjoying and embrace the hard work as it does produce the outcomes desired.

Being the Decider and Master of your Destiny is a beautiful thing- you have yourself to blame for failures and yourself for the success.

I still continue to work harder than ever as for me there is higher purpose to achieve and touch as many lives in a positive way as I could.

What is your higher purpose...keep reflecting.
