Today I finally got into a prized location for our family home - something I wanted to do since 2009…it happened after 15 years.
From arriving with $3,000 to purchasing a $3 million dollar home this has only happened because of my parents , my mother Pramila and my father Laxminarayana 's blessings, their faith in me , their sacrifices and hard work. I owe this to bhagwaan om namah Shivaya , all my spiritual saints their teachings and I remember Lionel Ryan who is unfortunately no longer in this world physically but provided me with shelter and food when I was at the verge of homeless in 2003 as a student.
My sister Poornima who continues to inspire me. The way she looks after my father , her husband and daughter is a inspiration to me. One day I want to be like her.
I have built the portfolio of properties across 4 states in Australia but this new acquisition which is our 8th property - is a special one.
For many who know me I love numbers as believe it has a certain kind of energy.
8 - coincides with 8 my life path number and coincides with 2024 which adds up to 8.
The house number has my wife 's and my lucky number too 78!!!
Turn every adversity into an advantage. Just keep working hard and be mentally resilient.
Easier said then done, I fail almost every day but aim to comeback stronger.
I have extreme limitations and not as talented as many others I admire but somewhere I believe if you dare to dream, work hard everyday towards your goal and treat every failure as a learning everyday, keep working hard to compensate for any lack of talent or natural abilities like I lack then that resilience will lead to some decent outcomes.
The intent , The Why for me has always been to make a positive impact on my immediate connections & the larger community by paying it forward and assisting as best as possible for the less fortunate and believe that hard work will manifest your goals into reality through relentless efforts.
Over the last 21 years, I have witnessed many people make fun , belittle , insult, humiliate whether it is appearance, speech pattern, accent, hair , the clothes I wear etc etc
But I believe when people throw stones your way, you take it and make your foundation strong.
Reflecting inwards and keep moving towards my set goals has made me who I am today.

Have been built on the back of 19 failures and learnings I have faced over the last 21 years. No one stood by me emotionally, financially or even the moral support that one craves for - many times you are left alone. Except for my parents who were my backbone and pillar of strength.
And in that loneliness you will solace , warmth and self belief once you understand yourself.
These ventures has built wealth for my family and I do my little bit in the larger interests of the society where and when I can.
Tommorrow I might still fail, but will not stop as the higher purpose the higher the energy and motivation to keep going.
I read this somewhere - it is difficult to defeat a person who just does not give up.
Today my portfolio hits over $10.5 million.
From $3,000 to over $10 million- I visualised this on my vision board, put it out there, worked every day towards it and today we got here.
Now what this means is, in addition to my immediate family, how do I use this wealth to assist the less fortunate, less privileged.

In this force of the Universe the Universal truth is change is permanent
Success has many relatives and all want to be part of it , but during your lowest phases emotionally when you are at your vulnerable best , very few stand by you.
Some are fortunate to have friends, family or life partners who really stand by you when it is needed but not everyone is fortunate to have that support so the rest of my kind build it from the ground level and turn inwards for that strength to pursue.
I say this to my kids - stand by your loved ones when it matters, when they are lonely, hurt and in need of love and affection. No point being there when success happens just like everyone else.
True character is how you respond to failures and how you stand by your loved ones "when it matters ".
Today we here and then suddenly we vanish into the oblivion.
Before I extinguish, I want to brighten as many less privileged lives to the best of my abilities. This is MY PURPOSE- This is MY FUEL- This is MY BLISS
